The design philosophy of the Scott Foil RC

At the heart of the bike is an HMX carbon frame, which is not only incredibly lightweight but also offers outstanding aerodynamic properties thanks to its optimized tube shapes. The new Foil RC frame features "F01 Airfoil" technology, which minimizes air resistance without significantly increasing the frame's weight.

One of the Scott Foil RC's greatest strengths is its reduced air resistance, which provides an advantage in every situation. The new frame shapes in the rear triangle and front fork area contribute to smoother airflow around the bike. The internal cable routing is not only significant from an aesthetic standpoint but also offers additional aerodynamic benefits by minimizing drag. The integrated Syncros handlebar further reduces turbulence, giving the bike a clean, aggressive look.

Thanks to the optimized carbon layering technology, stiffness is concentrated where the frame experiences the greatest load, while the Drop-In Comfort Seatstays system ensures that road imperfections do not reduce comfort, all while maintaining the frame's exceptional stiffness. In terms of stiffness, the Foil RC is one of the best in its category. The solid design of the bottom bracket and head tube sections guarantees that every watt of power during pedaling is transferred directly to the asphalt, maximizing efficiency.
