We offer this option to our customers who can collect the product(s) in person at our shop within 3 days of ordering. After the product(s) have been assembled, we will send you an e-mail notification and you will be waiting to collect them!
The personal pick-up of the product(s) in our shop is free of charge!
Placing an order for personal delivery does not imply any obligation to purchase!

You can pay the price of the product(s) in our shop by cash, credit card, bank transfer, health insurance card and, for certain services, by Szép Card.
Parcel delivery options:
Products purchased from our online store - or even in person at our store - are delivered to your door using GLS courier service.
1.Home delivery within Hungary:

The parcel will be delivered by GLS Hungary Kft. to the address you have provided within 24-48 hours after placing the order. When the parcel is dispatched, GLS will send you an e-mail with the parcel number and the amount of any cash on delivery. On the morning of the day of delivery, you will receive an additional notification including the courier's phone number, the GLS Customer Service phone number and a 3-hour window of time for expected delivery. Deliveries are only made on working days.

- COD: you can pay the courier on receipt of your parcel by cash or credit card. In all cases, we will charge a COD fee (up to a maximum of 300.000 HUF!)
- SimplePay, PayPal: at the same time as placing the order.
- Bank transfer: in this case, our colleague will send you an invoice by e-mail after receiving your order. Your parcel will be sent/launched after the order value has been credited to our bank account.
2. Delivery to a parcel point or a parcel machine:

It is also possible to collect goods ordered on our website from GLS Parcel Shops or Parcel Lockers. When you place your order, you select the desired pick-up point or locker, where your parcel will be available within 24-48 hours. You will be notified by e-mail and SMS by the courier service when the parcel arrives at the pick-up point. Parcels can be collected within 5 working days by presenting personal documents at the Parcel collection Shops and by entering the PIN code indicated in the notification at the Parcel Lockers. Parcel shops and Parcel Lockers are not suitable for large parcels (e.g. bicycles, skis, skis poles, snowboard boards, training wheels, bicycle wheels, bicycle rims, individual mudguard sets, individual luggage racks, baby seats, trailers etc.)!

Bicycles purchased on our website or in person at the shop can also be delivered by GLS courier. The bike will be delivered to the courier service professionally packed in a box, safe for transport. The large parcel will be delivered personally to the address you specify within 24-48 hours of placing your order or making your purchase in person. When the parcel is dispatched, GLS will send you an e-mail with the parcel number and the amount of any extra charges. On the morning of the day of delivery, you will receive an additional notification including the courier's phone number, the GLS Customer Service phone number and a 3-hour window of time for expected delivery. Deliveries are only made on working days.
The bicycle will be returned to the Customer in a boxed, ready to use condition. To ensure proper use, you must ensure that the handlebars are tightened in the correct position and the pedals are firmly wound to the correct side with sufficient grease (general green grease)!

The product(s) purchased on our website can also be delivered by the Hungarian Postal Courier Service. Magyar Posta parcel delivery services are only available for products weighing less than 2 kg! The delivery time is +5-7 working days in addition to the normal postal service time due to administration, product assembly and proper packaging!

Free home delivery:
When using the services of GLS Courier Service within Hungary, the value limit for free delivery is HUF 50.000 gross, for orders below this amount the delivery fee varies depending on the delivery and payment method!
When using the parcel services of Magyar Posta, we charge a delivery and packaging fee in all cases, regardless of the total amount of the purchase!
The delivery of bicycles is always subject to a fee, regardless of their value!
General information:
Delivery charges are per parcel and include VAT.
Cancellation of the order:
The Customer has the right to cancel the order after the order has been placed but before delivery. He may do so by calling +3614530819 or +36309952728 or by e-mailing k2[a]k2shop.hu. In this case, the buyer is not liable for any costs.
Right of withdrawal, return and exchange of products:
If the Buyer wishes to withdraw from the purchase after receipt of the product, he may do so in the following ways. The Customer may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The procedure for doing so is laid down in Government Decree No 17/1999 (II.5) on Contracts between Distance Purchasers. The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the day on which he took delivery of the goods. The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, with the invoice, intact and complete, to our address, either in person or by parcel post to Monte Rosso Kft., 1036 Budapest, Pacsirtamező u.16., from Viador street, basement level.
K2 Shop is only obliged to refund the full purchase price if the product is returned undamaged, with complete contents and packaging. The exercise of the right of withdrawal does not entail any additional costs for the customer, but the return of the product must be arranged by our customer!
Unfortunately, for technical reasons, our shop cannot accept parcels that can be picked up at the post office. Please have the products returned by GLS Courier Service in person or by prior arrangement with our customer service.
